Soren Eilertsen, Ph. D., Kollner Group’s founder and Managing Director, shares his company’s vision and commitment to raise organizational performance and deliver tangible value to clients. Soren has helped successfully launch, operate and shape the strategic vision of numerous companies. As a result of this experience, he believes in the critical importance of leadership, strategy and systems in enabling change and growth.

Soren’s approach to consulting is guided by his cross-discipline expertise, encompassing business, organizational development, and information systems. Supplementing his business acumen, Soren offers his clients unique insight into one of the most critical components of any organization: its people. He holds a PhD in Psychology and leverages his astute understanding of people and behavior to cultivate creativity and motivate change on behalf of his clients.

In his consulting activities, Soren has worked with a wide range of organizations in industries such as entertainment, cinema, automotive, homebuilding, agriculture, transportation, distribution, manufacturing, investment, as well as non-for-profit museums and educational institutions.

Soren has served several years as an Examiner for the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Program run by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). He is a member of the Association for Strategic Planning (ASP) and the Society for Advancement of Consulting (SAC).
