 Today as a consultant, speaker, and author I invest significant time studying top performing organizations around the world, consulting with and advising CEOs on how to grow their business by increasing value to customers and creating a stronger employee-customer connection.

I’ve worked with Fortune 500 companies such as CN Rail, Tim Horton’s, and Pepsi Co, however I invest the majority of my time working with some of the fastest growing and dynamic mid-market companies including Bellwyck Packaging, Gerson and Gerson Incorporated, and Saje Natural Wellness. I’ve also worked with franchise organizations such as Winmar Corporation and various associations that include Electricity Distributors Association, National Association of Wholesalers and CME.
