Shawn Casemore

Known as the Operational Optimizer, Shawn has spent nearly twenty years managing teams and advising leaders in dynamic global organizations including Magna International, N.C.R, and Bruce Power.

A recognized speaker and writer, his provocative articles have been published in print and online in several industry publications including "Globe and Mail," "Canadian Manufacturing" and "CFO.com." Shawn's speaking includes several keynotes and concurrent sessions each year focused on topics such as managing change; improving organizational efficiency and leadership development.

Shawn serves on the Board of Directors for the Ontario Institute of the Purchasing Management Association of Canada, and continuously contributes to the advancement of the profession through his teaching and leadership activities.
