Ron Montgomery

Ron is the owner of OnPoint, LLC, whose mission is to help clients adapt their systems, processes, and teams to a dynamic and unforgiving business environment.

For more than 30 years, Ron has led initiatives to develop and deploy software, manage programs, develop strategic plans and improve business processes.  His clients include financial service firms, business process management firms, systems integrators, insurance carriers, and non-profit organizations. His consulting approach emphasizes collaboration, risk mitigation, and incremental improvement.

Ron holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and frequently writes and speaks on subjects of leadership, planning and management.
