Roberta Chinsky Matuson

Roberta Chinsky Matuson is the founder and principal of Human Resource Solutions. A seasoned human resource specialist with a 20-year track record, she is known for her ability to quickly assess situations and to provide creative, realistic solutions to commonly occurring human resource problems.

Prior to starting Human Resource Solutions in 1997, Ms. Matuson worked as an HR Director for a transportation company, a financial consulting firm, and a commercial real estate company. She was also part of a management team that took one of her employers through a public offering. As a consultant, she has worked in the medical devices, finance, technology, travel, manufacturing, education, and non-profit industries.

A respected leader in her field, Ms. Matuson has served as the HR Careers Expert for Monster. She is an internationally published writer whose articles on HR-related issues are posted on www.careerbuilder.com, www.collegeexit.com, and www.availability.com. She has been quoted in news publications and trade journals across the country and has appeared as a guest on numerous radio and television shows, including Fox’s O’Reilly Factor.

Ms. Matuson holds an MBA from the University of Houston and a BS in Human Resource Management from Northeastern University. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
