Nancy earned a MBA in Management and a BS in Medical Technology. She will complete a certification program in Leadership Coaching at Georgetown University in May, 2007. Nancy is President of Success Catalyst, which she started in 1993. She is an adjunct professor at Xavier University, a member of the Chapter Leadership Council of National Speakers Association, on the staff of the Mercy Franciscan Holistic Health Centers, a member of the Cincinnati Regional Chamber Small Business Advisory Board and a United Way Ambassador.
