Cheryl L. Wild

Cheryl L. Wild, PhD is the President of Wild & Associates, Inc., a management consulting firm that assists certification organizations in the improvement of their effectiveness and efficiency. Organizations, with whom Dr. Wild has worked, have developed documentation of work procedures, identified areas of risk and designed procedures to reduce risk and improve customer service, and implemented internal audit and management systems to continuously improve their Programs.

Active in the testing industry for more than 25 years, she writes and presents on topics related to testing and quality. Dr. Wild is a proponent of the use quality audit principles in testing. Her new book, Improving Testing, investigates how the testing industry uses standards, quality management, and continuous improvement tools to improve test quality. Prior to starting her consulting practice, Dr. Wild held several positions as Executive Director at Educational Testing Service.

She is an ANSI auditor and an active member of NOCA and the Association of Test Publishers.

She received her Ph.D.in educational measurement at Purdue University.
